Obtained from the wine-making with maceration of the skins of our grapes of Dolcetto variety harvested in the best exposed vineyards.
Well structured wine with ruby red colour and with very intense violet notes, verging to brick tonality when aged.
Dry taste, delicate, well-balanced, slightly bitter. 
Winey aroma, fruity.
It marries with everything, from starters to fruit 
To be served at room temperature between 16° and 18° C. 
Alcoholic content 13% vol.
