Partially fermented grapes  

Wine of intense ruby red colour  with violet notes, obtained from grapes of  freisa variety  with a possible addition of non aromatic red grape variety. 
Typical and delicate aroma.  
Dry, agreeable, slightly bitter  taste, sparkling. 
It is able to pair nicely with desserts,  dry and fresh pastry. 
To be served at a temperature between 10° and 12° C. 
Alcoholic content 11% vol. of which 5,5% vol. completed
