Denomination of controlled origin

Obtained from the wine-making of Barbera grape variety which is perfectly adapted to our white soil and our climate. 
Wine of  intense ruby red colour.
Dry taste, agreeable, genuine and sincere. Winey aroma.
It marries with everything; particularly suitable for meat dishes, soft and half-hard cheeses, salamis.
To be served at room temperature between 16° and 18° C. 
Alcoholic content 13%.
